Picture availability cannot be guaranteed until purchase. Be aware that these are rights managed pictures and not all rights may be currently available. Please check availability of pictures with Maayke de Ridder or telephone +31 (0) 20 617 68 31.
- The pictures will be sold for one time use only. Rights are non-exclusive and not transferable to third parties. All pictures are copyright © Maayke de Ridder.
- Credit line: with every publication mentioning of photographer, garden designer, and location is obligatory. In case of printed publications a copy should be sent to us.
- Payment within 30 days after the invoice date, the right to reproduce pictures only after the invoice is paid in full.
- Electronic rights must be agreed prior to reproduction.
- Images that are used for reprints or publications in a different language will be calculated for 50% of the original price.
- The use of downloaded images from this website is not allowed.
